Bobsled Pilot

Jazmine Fenlator is a 2014 Winter Olympic Bobsled Pilot born and raised in Wayne, New Jersey.

During the 2013-14 season, Fenlator finished 7th overall in the World Cup Rankings earning two Silver Medals on the World Cup Tour at the Park City and Lake Placid races. Fenlator has ambitions to reach the podium at the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia. Fenlator's breakout season was during the 2012-13 World Cup season in which she earned two podium finishes winning a Silver Medal at the Lake Placid World Cup Race and Bronze at the Igls, Austria World Cup Race. Fenlator is an official Winter Athlete blogger for the Team USA website. She currently resides and trains at the US Olympic Training Facility at Lake Placid, NY.

Jazmine Fenlator became involved in the sport of bobsled in September of 2007. She ran track at Rider University where her coach encouraged her to try a bobsled camp after graduation. Her favorite sliding memory is when she was granted an opportunity to race in the Lake Placid World Cup competition in Dec. 2010 in her rookie season as a pilot. Fenlator raced to 11th place in her World Cup debut. "Being able to compete with fellow teammates I so highly respect and look up to as well as many of those whom have paved the way in the sport was awesome," said Fenlator who is dedicated to bringing more diversity to winter sports for young girls and urban youth.
